{"id":34927,"date":"2026-02-02T13:16:52","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T12:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.allevamentoredwing.com\/blog\/diary-6-preparing-for-reproduction\/"},"modified":"2026-02-02T13:16:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T12:16:56","slug":"diary-6-preparing-for-reproduction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.allevamentoredwing.com\/en\/blog\/diary-6-preparing-for-reproduction\/","title":{"rendered":"Diary #6 &#8211; Preparing for reproduction"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  We are in the first days of March, we left behind a very dry February with temperatures above the norm for the period, this inhibited the breeding preparation phase, in fact observing the spawners we could see the females on the ground and ready to breed, but the lack of rain and humidity greatly slowed this phase.  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the beginning of March the rain came and the females were &#8221; <strong>unblocked<\/strong>&#8220;, we noticed a laborious coming and going of breeding females intent on nest building and thanks also to the courtships of the males the reproductive phase has finally begun. We finished the administration of the supplement<strong>&#8220;Reproduction<\/strong>&#8221; of the <strong>Turdus Specialist<\/strong> line and switched to the supplement<strong>&#8220;Weaning<\/strong>&#8221;
